About Each One Reach One
In 2004, Deborah and her son encountered a third grader who was at risk of being retained for the second time due to failing the CRCT test. Many children in similar situations faced tremendous family challenges that hindered their ability to learn. These challenges included being victims of violence, coming from single-parent households, living in poverty, having incarcerated or deceased parents, or dealing with family members struggling with drug dependency. Moved by these circumstances, they decided to take action and founded the Each One Reach One Community Impact Project, Inc. (EORO), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.

From its inception, EORO has grown in countless ways, expanding its reach and impact across the community. The organization began by providing book scholarships to students in need, but quickly expanded its services. EORO now offers job readiness programs in partnership with the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, helping individuals build the skills needed for successful careers. The nonprofit also gives back by volunteering at veterans’ shelters, offering support to those who served our country.
EORO's mission extends beyond traditional academic support. Through innovative programs like creating small, sustainable gardens in the backyards of underserved communities, EORO promotes environmental stewardship and self-sufficiency. The organization is committed to fostering healthy, supportive relationships with adults and encouraging the development of life skills that help students and families thrive.

Today, EORO continues to empower students from disadvantaged backgrounds to improve their academic performance, understand the importance of education, and recognize the connection between education and positive life choices. EORO helps young people realize their full potential as self-sufficient, responsible, and compassionate citizens who will contribute positively to their communities.
